What is your Shipping and Delivery Policy?
Most of our printing - under quantities of 10 - are shipped within 24 hours, depending on our work load and other factors.
We use a flat fee so you know what you will be paying from the start.
Flat rate shipping fees and surcharges apply only to shipments with the United States.
Shipping times apply to orders placed before 6:00 p.m. EST for Standard and Express 2 day shipping or Before 1 PM for Rush shipping.
We deliver most of our orders during the working day via UPS. Although not required, we ask that you leave an address
where someone can receive your order in person.
Shipping fees are calculated on your order total before applicable taxes are included.
Alaska and Hawaii shipping add $5 for Standard, $10 for Express, and $15 for Rush.

What Paper Type (Media) do you offer?
We currently offer the following paper types:
HP Designjet Large Format Universal Bond
You can clearly see the difference. HP Universal Bond Paper with ColorPRO Technology delivers professional quality. See more striking colors, crisper text and graphics, and higher-contrast blacks. Recommended for school projects or one time use displays.
HP Matte Polypropylene Banner Material
Produce retail and POP signage and event displays with vibrant color and eye-catching image quality. This matte polypropylene provides excellent versatility and value across a wide range of indoor and outdoor applications. And it's recyclable. Prints achieve indoor, in-window display permanence up to 6 months; outdoor display permanence up to 3 months. Tear resistance for easier handling.
What file formats do you support / do not support?
We support a variety of file formats for uploaded designs.
Adobe Acrobat Document (*.pdf) (recommended and preferred)
Adobe Illustrator Artwork - (*.ai - all type outlined) (recommended and preferred)
Adobe Photoshop Image (*.psd all type rasterized) (recommended and preferred)
JPEG Image (*.jpg,*.jpeg)

We do not support MSWord, Excel or any other "Office" file formats.
Please save these documents in PDF format before submitting.
What Resolution should my image be for uploading?
Resolution refers to the number of dots per inch (dpi), or the amount of detail the image has. Higher resolution means a more detailed image, and also larger file and longer upload time. For best results with most products, your image or photo should be 300 dpi (dots per inch) at the final print dimensions (full bleed size when uploading an entire product design).
Simply increasing the DPI setting in a graphic program does not improve the resolution.
Why do certain colors look different after they print?
There's nothing more upsetting than designing a product online, only to receive it and discover the colors aren't quite as you imagined. We understand.
Rest assured, we match on-screen colors (RGB) to printed colors (CMYK) as close as possible. We also have high quality controls and color correction standards in place to ensure there is as little variation as possible, especially within a single product order.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If you're not, contact us and we'll make it right.
For your standard poster sizes, do you have design templates available for download?
Yes, we do - we offer templates in both Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator formats.
You can find them in our Upload Guidelines.
What printer will you use to print my poster or banner?
We utilize a 42" HP DesignJet Z6100PS. We print every job on the BEST setting for a resolution output of 2400×1200 dpi which results in beautiful crisp images.
Do you have a traditional walk-in store front?
No, we currently do not have a walk-in store front. However, we live in Olney, our children go to school in Olney, and we love the community.
Can you scan a regular photo and enlarge it for me?
Yes. But, at this this, we only offer that service to residents of Olney, MD within zip code 20832. If you live in Olney and would like this service, please inquire using our contact form.
We will drive to you in Olney, pick up your photo, scan it, print it enlarged (our standard sizes) - and personally return it all to you within 2-3 days. Minimum order of $45 applies.
Do you offer Mounting?
We do not offer mounting at this time but plan to do so in the future.
Do you offer PDF Proofing?
We do not offer PDF proofing at this time but plan to do so in the very near future. However, we do review every job we print for resolution and proper sizing to ensure you receive the best possible print. If we notice any issues with your submitted artwork, we will contact you before we print anything.
